Lottery Services Technician

As a Lottery Services Technician, you'll be part of our award-winning lottery services organization, responsible for maintaining and servicing IGT equipment at Retailer locations.
Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lottery Services Technician to join our team in the Louisville, KY area. As a key member of our field services team, you'll respond to dispatches, drive to customer locations, and deliver supplies while installing, removing, or repairing lottery equipment and communication devices.
As a Lottery Services Technician, you'll be responsible for transporting, installing, and maintaining IGT equipment, replacement parts, tools, and other equipment in an organized and structured manner. You'll also troubleshoot to restore malfunctioning equipment to working order, communicate effectively with Dispatchers, and accurately report activity, arrival and departure times, and problems, details, and resolutions of failures.
Additionally, you'll deliver marketing supplies and consumable parts, track inventory, and provide basic training to new Retailers or refresher/remedial training to Retailers who may be performing procedures incorrectly. You'll also complete basic forms for reporting activities, equipment problems, and recommendations for improvements to procedures.
RequirementsWe're looking for a candidate with 2+ years of electronics, repair, field, or related industry experience. You'll need to be knowledgeable in electronics, data communications, or a related area of expertise. You'll also need to be able to climb, lift, and carry equipment weighing up to fifty (50) pounds, sit and drive for prolonged periods, and demonstrate dexterity when working with tools and moving parts and electrical current.
You may also be required to work at heights for installation of equipment, work in close quarters, and/or be exposed to inclement weather during some installations. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
What We OfferAs an IGT employee, you'll receive a competitive salary range of $14.00 - $25.22, depending on your background, skills, experience, and work location.
