This position supports CIO-6, which manages and operates JWICS (the "super highway" that provides TS/SCI connectivity and communications across the DOD and IC). The role will contribute to the JWICS Modernization initiative through expert consultation on strategic decision-making, technical solutions, and program management across multiple project areas including creative services, SharePoint architecture, division management engineering, solutions integration, and program/project management.Responsibilities:Works with the most senior members of the client organization to ensure that overall program and project direction, strategy and expectations are metPossesses an understanding of DIA's CIO mission and the impact of managerial practicesPerform data collection and interview senior staffFacilitates discussions and analysis to inform the decision processOffers expertise in the form of knowledge, specialty skills, experience, or creativityProvides guidance on almost every aspect of DIA's strategic objectives and goals as they relate to the CIO missionHave a firm understanding of IC and DOD Risk Management Frameworks, continuous monitoring, risk scoring, and risk management experienceAct as a high-level designer, defining the framework of core design features and functions of the program objective to be implementedSME in one or more of the following specialties: cloud and systems architectures, security architecture, cloud applications and storage, high performance computing, and software developmentQualificationsActive TS/SCI (CI Poly Preferred)Demonstrates ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutionsDemonstrates leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing techniques aligned with labor category missionDemonstrates extensive ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to organizational senior leadership and policymakersMinimum 12 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 yearsMaster's degree in an area related to the labor categoryAdditional InformationThe Red Gate Group, Ltd. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
