Administrative Assistant

A typical day might look like…
• Proactively managing calendars, making decisions on behalf of the calendar’s owner to prioritize calendar requests based on shifting business priorities to ensure accurate scheduling and appropriate allocation of time
• Partnering with a team of business administrators to support an engineering organization around T&E budgets, employee onboarding, and team events
• Maintaining information with confidentiality
• Manage domestic and international travel plans and agendas
• Onboarding vendor staff
• Onboarding new hires, manage office space
• Preparing and processing expense reports
• Ensuring a timely flow of information and process approvals as appropriate
• Effectively communicating and building relationships with the business support community and business leadership
• Influencing and embracing cross-functional/cultural teams
• Should be able to solve complex problems when they occur
• Ensuring compliance with Microsoft and team policies and procedures
• Being able to think fast, pivot as needed. Flexibility is a must

MUST HAVE Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3+ years prior MS experience proficient with MS internal tools
2. Minimum 3 years proficiency with Microsoft software, including Microsoft Office
3. Minimum 3 years of experience with Calendaring
