By focusing on proactive client management and delivering tailored services, the Account Executive will drive account retention and revenue growth. The role involves engaging with clients to understand regional requirements, coordinating with internal teams for effective service delivery, and maximizing satisfaction through consistent follow-up.Essential FunctionsCultivates and strengthen relationships with existing accounts and builds relationships with new clients, making educated recommendations on product offerings, and ensuring client needs are metProspect and generate leads for target accounts to increase new revenueMine existing parent accounts for service expansion opportunitiesWins new projects and sites from existing parent accountsIdentifies and pursue opportunities to convert competitor customers to our productsIncreases product and unit sales outside of initial scopeCollaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure equipment availability, timely delivery, and proper servicingManage account plans within assigned regional/local territories, identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retentionMeets or exceeds regional revenue goalsProvides tailored solutions that align with client requirements and maximize cross-selling or upselling within accountsDrives relationship for clients in the region/locally, ensuring effective communication, problem resolution, and proactive support for ongoing projectsWorks with internal teams to coordinate service delivery, address any client service issues, and ensures consistent client experiencePresents recommendations and service options to clients to demonstrate product benefits, pricing, and value-added services available within the regionLeverages company offerings, providing solutions to a wide range of issues and tailoring service to client needsMeet or exceed established sales quotasLead the sales process from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and finalization, ensuring smooth transactions and client satisfactionMaintain in-depth knowledge of the full range of solution offeringsProvide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and post-salesStay informed about industry trends and developmentsAllocate resources efficiently to maximize outcomes and client satisfactionPerform other duties as assignedSupervisory Responsibilities This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.QualificationsEducation Level Minimum 4 Year / bachelors degree Bachelors degree or equivalent years of sales experienceExperience Minimum Years of Experience Maximum Years of Experience Comments 5 Years of sales experience - minimum of 3 years outside sales experience or equivalent combination of education, training and work experienceAdditional Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesMore than 35% travelHave reliable transportation to visit clients or potential client sitesKnowledge of equipment rental agreements and coordinationAbility to manage multiple clients in different phases of the sales process while maintaining quality of serviceProficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)Problem-solving skillsAbility to identify and recommend effective solutionsExceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsAbility to build and foster strong client relationshipsAbility to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work well in a team environment and develop collaborative relationships with colleaguesAbility to build and maintain relationships across organizationsEffective client communication and presentation skills, with a focus on building regional client relationships and managing local account needsProficient knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for tracking sales activity, managing contacts, and supporting business developmentAbility to balance multiple clients within a region, adapting quickly to changing priorities or client needs while maintaining service qualityPhysical RequirementsHybrid Outside Sales requiring minimal to moderate physical activity including extended time sitting in a car or at a desk.
