Quantitative Researcher

Brentwood, TN - Hybrid Schedule



Day to Day:

You will be responsible for the ongoing management of the customer insights community. In your role, you will design and manage research projects using an online insight community management platform. Additionally, you will analyze and summarize qualitative and quantitative data from the insight's community. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously and translate customer feedback into actionable insights.

  • Oversee recruitment and ongoing management of customer panels and communities
  • Create engagement plan(s) to keep community members active
  • Ongoing monitoring of community health and participation
  • Collaborate with merchants and business leaders to design quantitative and qualitative community-based research projects
  • Create surveys / discussion guides
  • Moderate online discussion boards, interviews and focus groups
  • Oversee end-to-end execution, including analysis and reporting of research studies to effectively communicate insights to business leaders and drive organization actions


Must Haves:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer research, consumer insights or market research.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Statistics, Marketing or related field. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Experience in survey design and programming
  • Knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research techniques
  • Excellent communication skills and someone who is able to engage, empathize and connect with customers ‘Out Here’
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving
  • Understanding of statistics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically using Excel for data analysis (i.e., creating pivot tables, utilizing VLOOKUP functionality, etc.)
  • Experienced with synthesizing and visualizing data in PowerPoint presentations
