Qualifications for the Consumer Insight Analyst:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer research, consumer insights or market research.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in survey design and programming
  • Knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research techniques
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving
  • Understanding of statistics
  • Proficient in in Excel for data analytics.
  • Retail experience


Daily Responsibilities for the Consumer Insight Analyst:

  • Oversee recruitment and ongoing management of customer panels
  • Create surveys and discussion guides
  • Create engagement plans to keep community members active
  • Ongoing monitoring of community health and participation
  • Collaborate with business leaders to design quantitative and qualitative community-based research projects
  • Create surveys / discussion guides
  • Oversee analysis and reporting of research studies to effectively communicate insights to business leaders and drive organization actions
