Our Medical practice is located in Huntington, NY and is focused on Facial Aesthetics as well as general ENT.
We are looking for a motivated candidate to assist Dr.Tarashansky in the care of patients by completing assigned patient care tasks.
We provide competitive compensation and time-off policy. Candidate should have prior experience with EMR and Medical Assistant responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients, assist with maintaining patient flow to and from exam rooms
- Ensure exam rooms are cleaned and re-stocked after each visit and prepared for the next visit
- Clean and sterilize instruments after use
- Assist Dr.Tarashansky during in-office procedures
- Maintain Electronic Medical Records (EMR) be able to function as a scribe
- Perform other office duties as assigned
Responsibilities will also include front desk related tasks, scheduling patients, patient education, assistance with billing, contacting insurance companies as well as medical assistant tasks.
