Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Outside Sales Associate to join our AFMC team. Our ideal candidate has a strong consultative sales background and a plus is working within a healthcare setting. You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be organized, and exhibit a pleasant and professional demeanor.

While previous experience in infertility services is a plus, we will train the right candidate. Strong administration and closing background are preferred.

  • Candidate must have demonstrated consultative sales skills
  • Strong communication, high attention to detail, and rapport-building skills
  • Self-motivation, drive initiative, and outgoing and confident sales approach
  • Passion for helping prospective parents create the family they dream of
  • Customer Service and New Business Development skills
  • Strong interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
