The role will influence and oversee the development/evolution of an integrated and seamless customer engagement platform for Field Medical and Access teams globally. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy and evolution of our Field CRM platform from a medical and access perspective, which will include the creation of roadmaps, standards, operating models, and measurement in coordination with matrix partners.Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementDrive robust collaboration between Medical, Access, and Field teams by leading change management initiatives and facilitating transparent communication through stakeholder forums, roadmaps, and capability overviews.Engage cross-functional stakeholders including US Sales, Medical, MAX teams, Global ITBP's, WCx, Medical Excellence, to ensure alignment and shared ownership of platform strategy and execution.Medical and Access IntegrationEnsure Medical and Access requirements are proactively incorporated into platform roadmaps and operational models by resetting and communicating end-user expectations, and redefining release and prioritization processes.Collaborate with Medical Affairs to align platform capabilities with scientific engagement strategies, ensuring compliance with standards.Support Access teams by integrating platform functionalities that facilitate payer and access stakeholder engagement.Global Governance & Data-Driven Decision-MakingLead the measurement of platform utilization, adoption, and impact through analytics and insights, supporting continuous improvement and informed decisions on retention or decommissioning of capabilities.Partner with BI&T colleagues, and other matrix partners (TAs, Markets, Commercial, Clinical, Procurement, Compliance) to optimize platforms for exceptional user experience and compliance.User Experience & Platform OptimizationIdentify and align on user experience (UX) changes for current and future CRM platforms, leveraging advisory boards and FIT teams to document business requirements and drive platform evolution.Maintain translation of business to technical translation ownership for platforms and channels used for Field Medical and Access Engagement with HCPs, ensuring platforms are optimized for usability, compliance, and stakeholder value.Organizational Alignment & Vendor ManagementServe as a subject matter expert, interfacing globally to understand business needs, educate teams on available capabilities, and drive alignment on strategic direction.Manage vendor relationships to influence platform evolution and ensure future roadmaps support business needs.Maintain strong partnerships with Field Excellence & Platform Strategy colleagues to ensure consistency in stakeholder messaging and engagement.Qualifications & ExperienceCandidate should possess a bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience focused on Field Platforms, including strategy/roadmaps, op models, execution, and Innovation. Experience interfacing with different levels of organization. Proven track record of coordinating and collaboration across multiple teams to prioritize varying business objectives and drive action to meet business requirements; recognized as an SME with credibility in conflict management and expectation management. Proven track record of planning, prioritizing, and driving new and evolving capabilities within a complex organization. Development/execution through effective project management and internal negotiation skills to build consensus and manage expectations. Prioritize a wide range of tasks with an understanding of the big picture and inter-dependencies across processes and systems. Provide architectural, solution and oversight for multiple projects at a time, including sharing expertise on standards, guidelines, and design patterns for platforms, based on industry best practices. A proven track record of leading and working with complex, multidisciplinary talent teams in new endeavors and delivering solutions. Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred. Experience working with commercial and medical/R&D business partners preferred.Compensation OverviewPrinceton - NJ - US: $174,760 - $211,768 The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
