TMC Transportation has an immediate Part-time opening for a Front Desk Clerk working out at our Baymont Inn and Suites Hotel in Des Moines, Iowa.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The primary function of a Front Desk Clerk is to perform customer service and attend to guests at the front desk of the hotel.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • retail inventory control
  • stocking the gift shop/store
  • sales procurement
  • drive the shuttle
  • general cleaning
  • Be able to take guest reservations by phone or in person
  • Oversee the gift shop
  • Other duties as assigned
