The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas and complete the following tasks:

  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) flow processes.
  • Analyze and track exception errors within OTC processes.
  • Identify solutions and recommend process improvements for OTC flow and processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and address system errors to reduce occurrences.
  • Utilize reports for problem-solving and to monitor primary KPIs and time to resolution.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish and uphold standard work processes.
  • Interface with cross-functional teams to resolve SAP exceptions promptly.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of OTC flow processes, including dealer ordering, stock levels, inventory control, pick/pack/ship procedures, invoicing, and transactional data.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess knowledge of standard work processes and SAP system processes.
