This is a 6 month contract position in Brownsburg, Indiana with a Radiopharmaceutical manufacturing site.. It is fully on-site.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the EH&S Program
  • Develop, implement, and enhance training programs for employees on EH&S practices.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational/industrial safety regulations and standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions to mitigate hazards.
  • Monitor and evaluate workplace conditions to identify potential hazards or risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
  • Investigate accidents or incidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding EH&S policies and procedures.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-10 years of experience in EH&S management or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of occupational/industrial safety practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.


Preferred:

  • Experience with radiation safety or health physics.
  • Knowledge of chemical safety and waste disposal procedures.
  • Experience in training others on EH&S practices.
