Service: We take the extra step to go above and beyond what is expected of usJob Responsibilities:Supervises and directs the HVAC Technicians and Plumbers to effectively perform the functions of repair, replacement, installation and other duties as required for customer satisfactionReviews HVAC & Plumbing Technicians work to ensure quality meets Summers standards and safety requirements; makes recommendations to improve quality and productivityConducts group and one-on-one training with technicians on lead generation, customer service and company practices and procedures; participates and/or conducts regularly schedules departmental safety/informational meetingsEnsures that all company/department policies are being follows by all HVAC and Plumbing staffTrain employees on technical skills, company processes and procedures, and safety rules and practicesEnsures company property, vehicles, and tools are being used, maintained, and properly accounted forRepresent Summers professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and activitiesDemonstrates leadership to field technicians in the areas of customer focus and customer servicePerforms similar/other duties as needed or assignedQualifications/Requirements:Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 75 lbs.Must be able to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend and reach overheadMust be able to climb and work on laddersMust be able to use hand and power toolsDemonstrate ability to train others in technical skills and effective customer serviceEffective and efficient time-management and organizational skillsValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordsAvailable to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed
