Job Overview:

As the Recruiting Manager for our insurance brokerage, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts to attract, source, and hire top talent for both our sales and corporate teams. Your role will be crucial in identifying and securing high-caliber candidates who will drive the success of our organization. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and develop effective sourcing strategies to meet the dynamic needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for sales and corporate roles, leveraging various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and professional organizations.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both current and future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and develop targeted recruitment plans.


  • Recruitment Process Management:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers, maintaining high levels of communication and professionalism.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to track candidate progress and generate reports on key recruitment metrics.


  • Candidate Experience:
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with the organization.
  • Offer guidance and support to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring alignment and a positive experience for all parties involved.


  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
  • Work closely with HR and other departments to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and ensure seamless integration of new hires.


  • Market Research and Talent Insights:
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on recruitment strategies and market conditions to enhance talent acquisition efforts.


  • Employer Branding:
  • Promote the organization’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company’s presence in the job market, including participation in job fairs, industry events, and online platforms.


  • Metrics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring for sales and corporate roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the end-to-end recruitment process and delivering high-quality hires.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices, talent sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry and its specific talent requirements is preferred.
