Job Overview: We are looking for an Associate Scientist to assist with preclinical development through in vivo studies in our dynamic team environment.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine mouse models for preclinical testing of new therapies, managing drug delivery and sample collection.
  • Lead in vivo pharmacology studies, analyzing drug mechanisms and efficacy with thorough documentation and presentation.
  • Maintain lab operations and foster an inclusive environment while conducting experiments and managing equipment.

Primary Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree with a min 6 years, or Master's degree with min 4 years, of experience conducting preclinical in vivo studies with mouse models
  • Excellent at analytical thinking and problem-solving, adept at balancing detail with overarching goals.
  • Strong communicator, capable of presenting research to varied audiences.
  • Adaptable, excels in fast-paced environments, and skilled at multitasking.
  • Team-oriented, eager to enhance company culture within the biotech startup industry.
