Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, counsel, recruit, and train project managers, trades supervisors, and other assigned staff.
  • Manage operational duties through all phases of assigned projects.
  • Contribute to the sale, design, and installation of all Company products.
  • Research, collect, and report information on the ability and capacity of company products and competing equipment.
  • Analyze and implement improvements for quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness of products and services.
  • Present updates and progress reports to senior management frequently.
  • Guarantee a safe, injury and accident-free workplace.
  • Confirm adequate staffing using projection tools, hiring of employees, and verification of weekly scheduling.
  • Collaborate with engineering and programming teams to ensure on-time delivery and product improvement.
  • Manage projects between $2-5M
  • Manage direct reports including: Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and Administration
  • Partner with cross-functional support teams.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in the industry.
  • At least 5 years’ experience as a manager/supervisor.
  • Strong application and market knowledge.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Ability to travel to project sites
