Web Project Manager - Campaign Development Focus

Job Summary: Optomi has partnered with an entertainment industry leader to find their next Web Project Manager. We seek a dynamic Web Project Manager with experience managing projects within the software development life cycle (SDLC) and audio-visual development. This role focuses on collaboration across marketing, operations, and sales teams, with a strong emphasis on campaign development rather than technical execution. The Project Manager will oversee multiple large-scale initiatives, managing budgets and timelines while working closely with internal and external teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of web and audio-visual projects, including campaign and template creation, from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to launch new initiatives and drive project success.
  • Oversee a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, managing a portfolio of smaller projects within larger project categories (e.g., holiday campaigns).
  • Simultaneously handle 6 to 10 projects, focusing on strategic planning, project execution, and timely delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, collaborating with internal and external portfolio managers to ensure accurate financial forecasting.
  • Utilize tools such as Smart Sheets for planning and tracking (familiarity beneficial but not mandatory).
  • Engage in road mapping and strategic discussions to align project outcomes with business goals.


Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital, web, or marketing environments.
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC and experience in campaign development.
  • Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with budget management and forecasting processes.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage project roadmaps and timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Smart Sheets or similar project management tools.
  • Background in marketing operations, sales, or campaign-focused project management.
