Founded in 1979, we are committed to our mission to be the bridge connecting each client to financial independence through education, mentorship, and by providing a trusted system of buying, selling, and managing real estate and mortgages nationwide.We are seeking a detail-oriented, business-minded Accounting Manager who can lead accounting operations in a fast-growing, multi-entity organization. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day accounting workflows, manage and optimize Sage Intacct reporting and configurations, and provide clear financial insights to support executive decision-making. You will lead a team, partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and help build a scalable financial foundation that supports operational and strategic growth.This role requires a proactive accounting leader who understands the dynamics of multi-division businesses and can streamline processes, accelerate close timelines, and deliver accurate, actionable reporting for leadership. You will help reinforce accountability across the accounting function while partnering closely with operations, lending, property management, brokerage, engineering, and executive teams as the company scales toward national expansion.What You'll DoReview and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statementsOversee AP, AR, cash flow, and trust accounting complianceMaintain financial accuracy across brokerage, PM, lending, and fundsServe as the in-house expert for Sage Intacct configuration, reporting, workflow design, and system governanceBuild and maintain dashboards, smart rules, approval flows, and dimensional reporting structuresPartner with engineering to integrate systems and automate high-volume or repeatable processesDirectly manage accounting team members; provide coaching and accountabilityConduct weekly team meetings and enforce high standards of accuracy and timelinessTrack KPIs and key metrics for executive reviewHelp drive operational improvements and process optimization across departmentsSupport special projects, financial modeling, and strategic initiativesWhat Qualifies YouBachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related fieldExpert-level proficiency in Sage Intacct (required)Experience in multi-entity real estate, property management, or lending preferredStrong GAAP knowledge and experience preparing financial statementsExperience managing and developing accounting staffStrong Excel/Sheets skills and ability to analyze financial dataExceptional communication, accountability, and project management skillsWhat Sets You ApartExperience in real estate brokerage, property management, private lending, or fundsAbility to manage cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with senior leadershipCompetitive, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced growth environment
