Job Description Our recruiting firm is partnering with an electrical equipment distributor and service provider in Pompano Beach, to find them a Senior Staff Accountant to support the CFO directly. This opportunity has growth potential into a management role. The ideal salary range is $75k-$85k, but there is some wiggle room for the right candidate. The company offers a full book of benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k with match and accrued PTO. Job Responsibilities: Manage and reconcile cash balances and transactions Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure accuracy Balance sheet and journal entry reconciliations Support month-end, year-end close and audit process Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams effectively Qualifications: 4+ years of Accounting experience Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot) required Bachelor's Degree (Accounting, Finance or Business highly preferred) Experience with ERP Commute comfortably to office in Pompano Beach (100% onsite) Adhere to nonsmoking environment Experience within construction, fire or safety alarm industry preferred but not required
