At Grantify were looking for a dedicated CustomerRetention Managerto join our team. As a crucial member of our growth team youll play a key role in retaining and expanding our client base. Youll be responsible for managing existing subscription products identifying upselling and crossselling opportunities and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Strong sales skills and experience are essential for this role as youll be working to maximise revenue and client retention. Your Mission
  • Client Retention: Retain and renew existing clients while proactively addressing issues and delivering exceptional customer support.
  • Drive Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and crossselling additional products and services.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as a voice for our clients gathering feedback to enhance our offerings and ensure satisfaction.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts focusing on atrisk and renewal clients to ensure a smooth renewal process.
  • Shape the Department: This is a brand new department we are building offering you a great opportunity to help shape its direction. Work with us to define what good looks like and establish KPIs together.

  • You will have established longlasting client relationships and achieved a high retention rate of existing clients whilst gaining positive feedback.
  • You will have minimised negative reviews on platforms like Trustpilot.
  • You will have resolved issues before they escalate preventing the need for leadership intervention.
  • You will have collected valuable feedback that helps us enhance our products and services.
Who You Are
  • Clientfocused: You excel in understanding and meeting client needs ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Experienced: You have a proven background in customer success account management or similar roles particularly with subscriptionbased products.
  • Organised: You possess strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
  • Proactive: Youre a problem solver who takes initiative in identifying and addressing client issues.
Your Background
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer success account management or related roles ideally with subscription products in the $10k$60k annual range.
  • Remote Work Proficiency: Experience working remotely and independently managing tasks.
  • Sales Acumen: Consultative selling style and great at identifying upsell/crosssell opportunities.

The whole process usually takes about 3 weeks end to end but were flexible and will do our best to accommodate timings that will work for you. As you progress through the stages our Talent Acquisition Manager will share feedback and information on what to expect/prepare for. We aim to provide feedback and/or updates within 72 hours of each step.
