Inside Sales / Account Manager / Business Development Representative


We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to work with the marketing and sales teams in qualifying and generating sales leads for new prospects and existing client accounts.

 

As a process of our Account Manager Trainee program and through a combination of inbound and outbound marketing efforts, the successful Sales Professional will perform lead prospecting efforts to generate MQL and SQL leads with prospective and existing clients. This position is an important component of the sales and marketing process, playing a critical role in qualifying leads, scheduling discovery meetings and managing sales leads through the entire sales cycle to maximize deal opportunities.  

 

Duties & Responsibilities

·        The overall process of the Account Manager Trainee program includes responsibilities aligned with a BDR position for inbound, outbound lead identification from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.

·        Beyond the introductory training period, roles will progress through an Inside Sales Representative and an Account Manager / Account Executive for maximum revenue generation.

·        Primary responsibilities include contacting inbound prospective clients through sequences of cold calls and emails.

·        Scheduling meetings between prospective clients and sales representatives.

·        Developing and implementing lead generation strategies for self-sourced SQL deals.

·        Staying up-to-date with new products/ services, industry insights and the market’s climate.

·        Following all processes and procedures established to generate and develop lead opportunities.

·        Maintaining and reporting regularly via company CRM such as lead status, activity and assignments.

 

Core Skills & Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business or related field not required, but beneficial.

·        Minimum of 2 years of sales related experience.

·        Proficiency in the English language.

·        Experience with and proficiency in operational CRM systems of record, HubSpot is current Banyan CRM.

·        Proficiency and experience with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.

·        Desire and aptitude to learn and engage with new technology.

·        Attention to detail and advance organizational skills necessary.

·        Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

·        Able to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

 

Job Type: Full Time, In Office
