We are looking for a Director of IT who will be responsible for overseeing the IT team's operations and business strategy for our client. You will be a self-starter who has some leadership experience in this space and ready to take the next step in their career.


While this is a primarily remote position, qualified candidates must live in Phoenix, AZ and available to work a mutually agreed upon hybrid work schedule.


Job Details:

Lead and manage the IT operations team, ensuring efficient support for all IT services.

Oversee administration, support, and compliance for M365, Google Workspace, and AWS environments.

Implement and manage endpoint management solutions using NinjaOne and Kandji RMM.

Develop and maintain IT policies for SOC2 and NIST CSF compliance.

Monitor and manage IT infrastructure for high availability and performance.

Collaborate with other departments to align IT strategies with business goals.

Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Equivalent work experience also accepted.

Proven experience in IT operations management, preferably in a cloud-based environment.

Prior experience understanding business requirements and translating that into a technical roadmap to be executed.

Extensive experience with M365 and AWS administration.

Proficiency in endpoint management using cloud-based remote management SaaS providers.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and NIST CSF.

In-depth knowledge of SOC2 compliance requirements and best practices.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Location:

Qualified candidates must live in Phoenix, AZ and open to work a mutually agreed upon hybrid schedule.
