We are hiring for Client Care Representative. This position will work a hybrid schedule requiring the candidate to work in the office as needed as well as from home.


Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to a high volume of inbound calls.
  • Provide clients with relevant and accurate information on products and services.
  • Research and resolve general service, billing, and support questions.
  • Follow up with clients via outbound calls to provide support and additional information.
  • Adhere to schedules and manage time effectively to achieve monthly and quarterly personal/ team performance goals.
  • Collaborate with all departments in the company to ensure client success.
  • Complete company and department assigned training.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications for the position are listed as the following,

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Contact center experience preferred.

Education:

  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Personal Skills and Attributes:

  • A passion for helping others.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, professional, and upbeat temperament.
  • Eagerness to learn and work as a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical ability and high attention to detail.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and internet applications.
