Main Responsibilities:

1、和海外基地的相关业务部门沟通需求，参与整个数字化项目；

Communicate with relevant business departments of overseas bases on their needs and participate in the entire digitalization project.

2、负责管理海外的 IT系统的开发测试，对用户进行培训指导；

Responsible for managing the development, testing, and user training/guidance of overseas IT systems.

3、赋能海外工厂供应链用户的IT系统操作，协助用户规范管理和作业；

Empowering overseas factory supply chain users in operating IT systems, and assisting users in standardizing management and operations.

4、负责供应链相关IT系统在海外基地的建设推广；

Responsible for the construction and promotion of supply chain-related IT systems in overseas bases.

5、负责供应链相关IT系统在海外基地的运维工作；

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of supply chain-related IT systems in overseas bases.


Requirements:

1、计算机应用、信息管理与信息系统、供应链管理类相关专业；

Majors related to Computer Application, Information Management and Information Systems, and Supply Chain Management.

思维清晰敏捷，逻辑分析能力强，具有分析解决问题能力和良好的沟通能力；

2、具有大型集团离散型制造公司5年工作经验，3年以上EBS/WMS/MES系统之一的实施或维护经验；

Having 5 years of working experience in a large-scale group's discrete manufacturing company, and more than 3 years of implementation or maintenance experience in one of the EBS/WMS/MES systems.

3、思维清晰敏捷，逻辑分析能力强，具有分析解决问题能力和良好的沟通能力；

Clear and agile thinking, strong logical analysis skills, the ability to analyze and solve problems, and good communication skills;

4、强烈的团队合作精神和集体荣誉感，责任心强、承压能力强；

Strong sense of teamwork and collective honor, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to handle pressure;

5、有独立思维，能引导业务部门按照规范的流程作业；

Independent thinking, able to guide business departments to operate according to standardized procedures;

6、具有基本的数据库管理能力，精通SQL语言;

Basic database management skills, proficiency in SQL language;

7、具有一定的系统开发能力，熟悉与掌握一门或以上编程语言，例如：Java, C#, Python等

Possessing a certain level of system development capabilities, familiar with and proficient in one or more programming languages, such as: Java, C#, Python, etc.

8、英语听说读写流利，口语能流畅沟通。

Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to communicate smoothly in spoken English.
