This role is directly responsible for leading the charge in driving improved user experience and managing critical identity products in AWS for Southwest. The Assistant Manager also provides a people-focused approach to technology leadership, drives a cross-functional strategic team and applies department/enterprise business knowledge to ensure value alignment.
