Experiential Producer

Based in New York


Job Overview: We are looking for a talented Experiential Production Coordinator & Experiential Producer to lead the production and execution of events for clients in the fashion, beauty, lifestyle industries. This role involves organizing various events, including launch events, fashion events, brand activations, pop-ups & consumer activations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed production timelines, budgets, and overall day-to-day project management in collaboration with the Director of Production.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients, vendors, and the internal experiences team regarding assigned projects.
  • Produce event activations from concept through to completion.
  • Oversee budget creation and day-to-day financial management; reconcile budgets post-event.
  • Schedule and attend all relevant project meetings, both internally and externally.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships, clearly articulate needs, and negotiate pricing effectively.
  • Build and nurture effective client relationships, addressing needs promptly and communicating solutions to all involved parties.
  • Create and update client design and production decks for each project.


Qualifications:

  • 3/4 years of experience in event production or production management.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and vendor negotiations.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, site visits, and event executions.
  • Awareness of current trends and developments in the event industry.
