Client Details

Our client is a major Japanese financial services company located in Midtown New York City, known for providing a wide range of financial products and services, including banking, securities, and trust services. The client operates globally with a strong presence in Asia, Europe, and the Americas, serving corporate, institutional, and individual clients.

Description

  • Oversee Onboarding: Manage and coordinate the complete on boarding process
  • Prepare KYC Packages: Create and manage KYC documentation
  • Conduct Risk Assessments: Perform OFAC and Negative News searches
  • Prioritize Cases: Ensure timely completion of onboarding requests
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Communicate with Front Office, clients, and internal teams
  • Ensure Compliance: Follow audit requirements and suggest process improvements
  • Handle Documentation: Manage necessary documents and industry codes

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 2+ years of experience within financial services
  • Experience conducting end to end client on boarding
  • Exposure to the asset management and/or investment banking side of ideal but not required
  • Immediately available for work and can work in the NYC office 2 days a week
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and report on request progress
