The Technology Business Analyst is responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology teams.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience as a BSA
  • Database and SQL
  • MS Office, Visio, Design tools like Magic Draw, knowledge on Business Process Models (BPMN), any process modelling tool preferred.
  • Experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysis
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum development methodology
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL, relational database and datasets
  • 2+ years working with cross-functional teams.
  • 1+ years of experience working within an Agile development environment
  • Proven interpersonal, collaboration, diplomatic, influencing, planning and organizational skills
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Proven ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques
