Position Summary


Please note this is a PRODUCT MANAGEMENT role, not Product Marketing or Performance Marketing.


As the Senior Director, Product Growth, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajectory. Your mission is to improve our landing page and customer onboarding experience to drive constant performance improvements. You will use data driven decision making and rapid iteration to improve conversion rate and lifetime value.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Growth Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and execute growth strategies that accelerate user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Identify market opportunities, conduct competitive analysis, and drive customer-centric landing page and funnel enhancements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and design teams to achieve growth goals.

Product Leadership from first touch to on-boarding:

  • Implement conversion rate optimization program to drive constant improvement in our funnel
  • Champion user feedback and iterate on product improvements.
  • Improve the look and feel of our user experience without sacrificing performance.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Leverage data analytics to inform product decisions.
  • Create and improve an analytical framework for constant improvement
  • Conduct A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and optimize conversion funnels.

Team Management:

  • Lead and inspire a team of product managers, growth specialists, and analysts.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Mentor team members and provide growth opportunities.

  • Traveling to Irvine, CA about 20% of the time
