Responsibilities
Nephrology -Dialysis Center Opportunity

Franciscan Medical Group opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join a busy Nephrology group in the Tacoma Metro Area. The position will include working with our dialysis patients at Tacoma area locations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for clinical management of patients, patient education, follow up, interpretation of diagnostics, medication management, and responding to patient questions on a variety of medical issues. This opportunity is full time. All patient care locations have a full electronic health record system (EPIC).


Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current Washington State ARNP license
  • Candidates must have 1+ year of post training experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Nephrology related experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience with EPIC a plus
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with physicians, and hospital staff, patients and their families
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism
  • Strong commitment to patient care team concept and privacy guidelines

Pay Range
$56.73 to $69.23/hour
