As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our mission: guiding clients through personalized solutions that protect what matters most.   • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Listen, guide, and provide tailored solutions that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with a passionate team to deliver exceptional service and drive success for clients and the business.
  • Learn and grow with access to ongoing training and resources to refine your expertise.
  • Build long-term relationships through trust, transparency, and care.
  • Connect with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
  • Perform sales to get more incentives while helping clients secure the coverage they need.

  • Individuals with a Customer service and  sales background who are ready for a new challenge.
  • Strong communicators who can build trust and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
