Responsibilities

  • Lead medium to large-scale capital projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement Project Execution Strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout project development and execution.
  • Maintain adherence to schedules, budgets, and customer requirements.
  • Advocate for and implement best practices in project management.
  • Provide mentorship to junior Project Managers.
  • Prioritze safety, cost-efficiency, and adherence to schedules.
  • Manage project risks and liaise with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the acquisition of external permits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the plastic manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) process.
  • Exeptional communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%-35%.
  • Technical background with hands-on experience in plastic manufacturing.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
