Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team, providing ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Manage the community budget, ensuring financial responsibility and maximizing profitability.
  • Oversee the leasing process, including applicant screening, rent collection, and maintaining a professional leasing office environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by building relationships with residents, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining a safe and clean community.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely work completion and maintain positive relationships.
  • Prepare and submit reports to keep stakeholders informed of community performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three or more years of experience in property management, with at least one year in a Community Manager role.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and industry best practices.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
