About Position:
Role: Salesforce Lead Developer
Location: Chicago, IL
Experience: 8-10 Years
Job Type: Fulltime
What You'll Do:
- Translate business requirements into best design solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products.
- Hands on Develop and implement salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, API's and out of the box configurations that adhere platform best practices of following Apex Design Patterns (FFLIB).
- Participate in technical design sessions and develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives.
- Highlight and manage risk areas in the solution in a proactive manner and commit to seeing an issue through to completion.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Technology Skills required across various salesforce platform - Sales, Service and Experience Clouds.
- Experience with building large-scale integration with salesforce platform API and Data Integrations.
- The candidate should have analytical and debugging skills.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Must have Salesforce Developer Certifications
The candidate will have deep insights into customer requirements, business needs and we have expectations of the candidate to:
- Adhere to the coding and review practices laid down by the team.
- Be equally responsible for the quality and timeliness of the modules you are working on
- Display keen interest in the latest technologies and share that knowledge with peers
- Great organization skills to prioritize, follow up, deliver, and communicate status of assigned actions.
- Education (degree) and professional experience required: Bachelor’s degree in technology, Computer Science or relevant equivalent professional experience
- Other requirements: Fluent in written and verbal English
- Personal skills and qualities: Quick learner
