Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Thrive is an autism scholarship provider and does not accept medical insurance- meaning our BCBA's have the ability to prioritize productive time with students and staff. This position will require the BCBA to be on-site at our beautifully designed early childhood program Monday-Thursday 8:45-3:45 and one Friday per month from 9:30-11:30. This position is a contracted 190 days and offers generous time off and paid holidays.


Responsibilities

The BCBA will be responsible for daily direct consultation with students / staff.

The BCBA will be responsible for providing staff training and feedback.

The BCBA will be responsible for program development and review.

The BCBA will work collaboratively with members of the Thrive care team including administration, staff and related services personnel.

The BCBA will work under the direction and supervision of the Executive Clinical Director and Clinical Director.


Qualifications

Qualified candidates must hold active certification in good standing from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and preferably hold active certification in good standing as a Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (or willing to pursue).
