Galliard Capital Management, LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Allspring Global Investments Holdings, LLC and specializes in fixed income and stable value management. POSITION

The Associate Business Manager role is a dual role that will provide office and Executive Leadership support as well as assist the Marketing and RFP teams. This role will work with a variety of people and will have wide range of tasks.

Due to the wide range of tasks, this role requires a person who is flexible and able to multi-task yet keeps an eye out for items that may need to be raised up to leadership. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, looking to take on new challenges and is interested in the opportunity to grow.

This is an office-based role that will be required to be in the office 4-days a week (ability to work 5-days when needed).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive Assistant Responsibilities

  • Support the office needs of the Galliard and Allspring Minneapolis team such as greeting guests, order office supplies, distribute mail, answer and direct phone calls, etc.
  • Proactively identify and problem solve office ‘issues‘ in an independent manner
  • Submit and monitor invoices and expenses
  • Create and edit presentations for Executive Leaders for meetings
  • Manage executive leader travel bookings and expenses

Marketing and RFP support

  • Print and bind marketing materials
  • Create templated pitch books for client and prospective client meetings
  • Complete reoccurring quarterly questionnaires
  • Facilitate responses to questionnaires

CANDIDATE

We are seeking someone that thrives on a high pressure, changing environment. A successful candidate should like an environment that is high-paced and has a wide variety of tasks. The candidate should be a self-starter, highly motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years supporting a C-level executive or experience as an Office Manager
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer skills including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience creating materials in PowerPoint
  • Extremely organized and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Works well under pressure in a deadline driven environment and able to multi-task
  • Reliable, professional attitude and willingness to carry out responsibilities in a corporate work setting
  • Proactive and can identify and raise up issues

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience or interest in investment management
  • BS/BA degree
  • Adobe Illustrator skills
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and desire to grow
