Regional Sales Manager

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to spearhead sales initiatives, focusing on expanding sales presence in California and driving revenue growth within the compounded resins market.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership: Leverage your expertise in manufacturing industries such as automotive, appliances, consumer products, and medical devices to develop and implement innovative sales strategies that drive business growth.
Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new opportunities with high-potential clients across various manufacturing verticals, effectively expanding our customer base and market reach.
Program Management Excellence: Take charge of program management initiatives, including quote creation and management, ensuring seamless sales execution and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Budgetary Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and align annual marketing and sales budgets with strategic objectives and market dynamics, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a Technical field (e.g., chemical, polymer, or plastics engineering).
- Minimum of 4 years of proven success in a dedicated sales role focused on prospecting and acquiring clients using compounded resins, engineered plastics, composite materials, advanced materials or similar market.
- Technical capabilities with PE, PP, PS, PC, PA, PBT, CFRP, GFRP, or related plastic resins.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English preferred, but not required.
