- We are partnered with a highly reputable employment law firm looking to bring on a senior attorney to the team.
- We are looking for a motivated, friendly and ambitious attorney to work on employment law cases pertaining to class action wage and hour either in the litigation department or transactional roles.
- For the right candidate the team will be open to hybrid or even remote roles due to experience.
The firm is one of LA's fastest growing firms with a stellar team of associates curating a great work environment and top percentiles in salaries given to its team members.
The firm focuses on the prosecution of wage & hour, unfair business practice, discrimination, and false advertising matters in both state and federal Courts across California and has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of tens of thousands of employees and consumers in California.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with an established firm in state and federal plaintiffs-side class action litigation, against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies in a wide variety of industries.
Hiring Criteria:
· Licensed to practice law in California.
· At least 5-10 years of experience in civil litigation, including experience with discovery in the civil litigation context, oral advocacy and appearing in Court, motion practice, and taking/defending depositions preferred.
· Experience in defense work.
· Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage and hour litigation preferred.
· Candidates must be able to travel occasionally.
· The firm offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience, DOE, DOQ.
