About the Role

They are seeking a Senior Analyst to join their finance team. In this role, you will support origination, underwriting, and financing activities. You’ll work alongside development and operations teams, conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and assisting in the preparation of transaction materials. Additionally, you will contribute to corporate financing efforts, driving the company’s growth. This role offers diverse responsibilities and significant career advancement opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the deal team to evaluate, structure, and execute transactions.
  • Develop and manage project-level financial models for valuation and risk assessment.
  • Assist in platform financing and capital raising initiatives.
  • Coordinate portfolio-level due diligence processes.
  • Prepare investment memorandums and presentations summarizing key findings.
  • Conduct research on renewable energy market trends and dynamics.
  • Support various company initiatives as needed.


Minimum Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in renewable energy, ideally within distributed generation.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, project finance, project development, or investment platforms.
  • Passion and commitment to renewable energy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience closing transactions in the renewable energy or sustainability sector.
  • Proven ability to perform complex quantitative analyses and financial modeling.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
