If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now./ppWe are currently seeking an Engagement Director to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana (US-LA), United States (US)./ph3Role Summary/h3pOversees the overall engagement with stakeholders, ensuring project alignment with client objectives and maintaining high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle./ph3Responsibilities/h3p Oversees state level enterprise-wide information technology programs and projects supported by a staff of remotely distributed team members and supervisors./pp Provides strategic direction and oversight to ensure the highest quality service is provided to NTT Datas clients./pp Develops complex solutions to business problems or customer engagements through in-depth analysis, coordination, and negotiation with key decision-makers./pp Develops and maintains strong relationships with state Medicaid and social services agencies./pp Ensures that full life cycle delivery costs are within or better than the delivery costs contracted according to the service level agreement./pp Ensures alignment of project deliverables with business goals and compliance requirements./pp Coaches and develops Delivery Management leaders./pp Identifies opportunities for growth within the client environment./pp Works across the organization to effectively obtain and allocate resources and ensure on-time project and process completion./pp Coordinates the hiring, staffing, and maintaining a diverse and effective team./ph3Required Skills/h3p Minimum of 10 years in project management and client engagement./pp Minimum of 7 years in managing large application development or implementation projects./pp Minimum of 5 years in managing agile web development or integration (SOA) projects./pp Minimum of 3 years in budgeting, business financial and PL skills./pp Minimum of 2 years in implementation, operations, and maintenance of health care claims processing or eligibility system projects./pp Experience with Medicaid, SNAP or TANF Terminology and Federal Requirements./pp Bachelors degree in IT, business, or a related field/ph3Preferred Skills/h3p Masters degree in IT, business, or a related field preferred/ppNTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
