Customer Service/Administrative Assistant

We have a client who is seeking an **EXPERIENCED** Customer Service Representative to work FULL TIME in their company located in Pompano Beach.
The ideal candidate considered MUST:.
- Have amazing customer service/sales experience and knowledge of Scuba Diving.
- 1 year of RECENT WORK Experience in Customer Service. The candidate will be dealing with clients from all over the world, offering information about equipment, conflict resolution, and addressing any needs they may have.
- 1 year of RECENT WORK Experience assisting with Administrative Tasks. The candidate will be offering clerical support to staff and upper management.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Computer literate and knowledge of MS Office operations (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Typing 45+ WPM
Hours:
Full Time - Mon-Fri (9:00am - 5:00pm)
