Sales Representative

This is a remote position.
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales building strong customer relationships and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities managing customer inquiries and closing deals to meet sales targets. The position requires excellent communication skills a strong understanding of the company s products or services and the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with the sales team.
- Generate new sales opportunities through prospecting networking and cold calling actively reaching out to potential customers to build a sales pipeline.
- Work independently with minimal supervision to manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and provide expert guidance on products or services tailoring solutions to meet individual client requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong longterm relationships with customers acting as the main point of contact for account management and ongoing support.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas actively tracking progress and adjusting strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations effectively communicating the value and benefits of the company s offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products and services addressing any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and transactions using CRM software ensuring data integrity and timely followup.
- Stay updated with industry trends market conditions and competitor activities providing feedback to the team to inform sales strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals contracts and pricing negotiations ensuring all documents are accurate and compliant with company policies.
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance product knowledge sales techniques and industry expertise participating in training sessions as needed.
- Provide input on improving sales processes tools and methodologies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing efforts by providing insights into customer preferences attending trade shows and participating in promotional activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner ensuring a positive experience and reinforcing customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the finance and logistics teams to ensure orders are processed correctly and delivered on time.
- Assist with other salesrelated tasks as needed including lead generation market research and special projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
