Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and address business problems using emerging AI solutions, driving efficiency and innovation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, provide AI expertise, and ensure that AI & ML solutions align with business objectives
  • Recognize areas within the organization where AI can be applied to improve processes, productivity, and customer experiences
  • Evaluate emerging commercial AI/ML solutions in the staffing industry for utility, usability and cost effectiveness
  • Utilize low-code/no-code platforms to rapidly pilot and deploy AI-based solutions, enabling quick iteration and implementation.
  • Integrate AI & ML solutions into existing systems and business workflows, ensuring seamless operation and minimal disruption.
  • Craft effective prompts to elicit specific responses from AI models, tailored to address business challenges and opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of AI and ML applied experience
  • Strong business acumen and collaboration skills
  • Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts and techniques
  • Experience in hands-on development and implementation of AI and ML solutions
  • Low-Code/No-Code proficiency
  • Experience in collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to develop and implement AI solutions
  • Strong systems Integration Expertise
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with staffing firm application topologies a strong plus
