Our client is looking for a Field Server Specialist to join their team in Wenatchee. What You’ll Do:

  • Set up servers, workstations, and assist clients with data and software transfers.
  • Troubleshoot and install network equipment like firewalls, switches, and access points.
  • Manage Hyper-V servers, virtual switches, failover clustering, and O365/Google Workspace environments.
  • Represent the company as the first point of contact—friendly, professional, and solutions-oriented in client interactions.
  • Travel to different client locations within Wenatchee to perform this work.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A great cultural fit—someone who is motivated, team-oriented, and enjoys being part of a close-knit, supportive group where people genuinely care for one another.
  • 2+ years of IT Technician experience, ideally with MSP experience.
  • Strong technical skills in Windows OS, Hyper-V, network equipment, and more.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
