Position Type: Contract on W2
Overview
The Business Financial Support team is looking for someone at the Analyst level to fill this newly created role on the team.
Qualified candidates will have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and other products (Word, Outlook), ability to work with internal and external customers to resolve settlement related questions and issues, accounting/finance experience, and payments industry experience (preferred).
Role
• Processing adjustments in various Client systems.
• Researching and responding to customer support inquiries.
• Assist in reconciliation process
• Other tasks as assigned
All About You
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or Management Information Systems or equivalent combination of training and experience, but not required.
• Keying exception items in the system (300-400 per day)
• Should be very familiar with MS Excel (advanced not required)
• Should navigate shortcuts within MS Windows
• Knowledge of the card payments industry preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, treasury operations, and the payment operations industry.
• Proven ability to analyse problems and offer solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with cross-functional partners.
• Must be self-motivated and a good team player.
