Worldwide Perishables is looking to add a Billing Specialist to join our growing team, to perform a variety of accounting and customer service tasks in the Ground Logistics Department.

The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic, organized, and customer oriented with experience working in a fast paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Communicates with customers to gather billing information.
  • Keeps updated records of services rates per customer.
  • Enters the billing information into the system.
  • Process billing and prepares invoices: check and reconcile.
  • Enters all required data for incoming or outgoing product into accounting and inventory system.
  • Inputs payment history, upcoming payment information or other financial data into customers accounts.
  • Searches for any payment inconsistencies or errors.
  • Collaborates with customers, to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors.



Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant work experience with billing process; warehouse or logistics industry will be a plus.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written English.
  • Organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills.


Rotating schedule every week:


  • Week 1 : Monday - Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm
  • Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm; Sunday 7:00am to 11:00am.
