Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join our Corporate Strategy team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in customer segmentation, competitive analysis, and the overall development of corporate strategies. This position involves a combination of strategic planning, business analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Strategy Development:
  • Conduct in-depth customer segmentation through work interviews, surveys, and research.
  • Collaborate with corporate development teams to refine and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Perform competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify market opportunities.
  • Business Analysis and Research:
  • Utilize surveys and other research methods to gather and analyze data relevant to corporate strategy.
  • Prepare detailed business analysis reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Work closely with business units to ensure alignment and execution of strategic plans.
  • Project Management and Coordination:
  • Organize and lead meetings with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to discuss and plan future production needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage expectations and deliverables.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:
  • Implement proactive measures and due diligence processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain best practices for project management and business analysis.
  • Intelligence and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and earnings calls to provide insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure systematic and methodical approaches to intelligence gathering and reporting.
  • Consulting and Site Visits:
  • Conduct site visits and consultations with customers to gather inputs and feedback.
  • Synthesize information from various sources to formulate strategic recommendations.
  • Provide consulting support to internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, corporate strategy, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with project management and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Additional Information:

  • This position requires occasional travel for site visits and consultations.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
