Front Desk Clerk

This front desk clerk is for the receptionist duties at our corporate office in Clinton, Wisconsin. This position will report directly under the Human Resource Department.

Pay: $20-$22/hour based on experience

Schedule: This is a full-time, hourly in-person position, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Front Desk Clerk:
  • Welcome clients and employees to provide them with superb customer service
  • Answer all questions and incoming calls for the company
  • Monitor and organize all meeting room calendars
  • Track and order office equipment and supplies
  • Scan paperwork and file into various systems
  • Assist with projects as needed company wide
  • Organize mail and packages that go to different sites

Required qualifications and experience:
