LaSalle Network has partnered with an energy company in downtown Chicago who prides themselves on their commitment to customer satisfaction and their ability to tailor energy solutions to meet diverse needs. Our client is on the hunt for a Bilingual Customer Service Agent with exceptional customer service skills who can use their problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues.

Bilingual Customer Service Agent Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in both English and Spanish
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in a CRM system
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve products and services
  • Make calls to existing customers and set up contract renewal plans


Bilingual Customer Service Agent Requirements:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or call center, ideally with troubleshooting escalated calls
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Team player mentality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
