State Farm Agent in Chicago seeks a bilingual spanish/english Customer Service / Sales Representative-Agent Team Member.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Establish insurance customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly insurance customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, insurance coverages, insurance policy changes, transfers, insurance claim submissions, and insurance billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Continuous network to develop prospective insurance customers
- Constantly review existing policies for gaps & cross sell added products based on need
